1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup full-fat ranch dressing
1 Remove cauliflower leaves. Slice the head in 1/2"-thick slices.
2 In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and butter. Brush the mixture over the cauliflower.
3 Place each cauliflower steak into the air fryer, working in batches if necessary.
4 Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes.
5 When cooked, edges will begin turning dark and caramelized.
6 To serve, sprinkle steaks with crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
