How to make roasted veggie bowl for keto diet within 15 minutes.


Vegetables are a very important part of a keto diet. Equally important is deciding which vegetables to eat. This bowl is made up of a combination of very low-carb and high-fiber veggies to feed your body tons of nutrients while satisfying your palate.

Serves 

1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup quartered Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 medium white onion, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 medium green bell pepper, seeded and sliced 1/4" thick
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Directions for Roasted veggie bowl within 15 minutes.


1  Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until vegetables are fully coated with oil and seasoning.
2  Pour vegetables into the air fryer basket.
3  Adjust the temperature to 360°F and set the timer for 15 minutes.
4  Shake two or three times during cooking. Serve warm.
